Two-Ingredient Recipes
Heavenly Lemon Bars
Yield: 24 bars
Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake mix
- 1 (20 to 22 ounce) can lemon pie filling
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Mix gently together the dry angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling until cake mix is fully incorporated.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes until top is cracked.
- When completely cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
Notes
Variation: Use any pie filling desired.
